Is there a particular format necessary to follow when submitting
a nomination?
There is no special format required when nominating a professor. Letters
of recommendation play an important role in the evaluation process. Examples
of additional supporting material include, but are not limited to, a curriculum
vita and a course syllabus or description.
Is there a page requirement for nomination packages?
There is no length limit or requirement for the nomination package.
Do submission materials for a professor need to be submitted all
at once?
Supporting materials for the package do not need to be submitted simultaneously.
The Provost's Office will assemble additional material that may arrive
separately into a single package.
Should teaching evaluations be included in the submission package?
The Provost's Office will be responsible for obtaining these materials.
Can the nomination be submitted electronically?
The nomination package and supporting materials that may come separately
may be submitted electronically and /or as a hard copy. Email submissions
should be sent to Karen Kerbs.
